sometimes, when work is a bummer, or life isn’t going the way i want, i think about this. and how awesomely lucky i am to have a someone who lets me blabber away on the most ridiculous topics.
or how if anyone else had woken me up at 2:30am to blab my ear off, it would not have been OK. especially if it was to play me 19 CLIPS (!!) from the jay-z / kanye show they had just been to (while i fell asleep on the couch.) but with that special someone, that hour you stay up watching those grainy clips on the iphone and talking about just nothing, well, it can be the perfect sleep interruption. you know what i’m saying?
